My feelings are very strong

My feelings are very strong on this issue and feel Mr. Becker has a shocking lack of ethics by failing to recuse himself from Local Union SEIU cases. The appearance of impropriety is shocking and the arguments he made in a recent Board decision to allow him to rule on SEIU Local Union cases are unconvincing.

I am greatly disappointed that the staff at the Board in Washington failed to hold Mr. Becker accountable to standard of conduct set for the rest of the staff. Former NLRB staff members have been censored and barred for practicing in front of the Board for conduct not unlike Becker is defending.

To me this just goes to affirm the statements that Mr. Becker is a “loose cannon.”

Please continue to fight his participation in all SEIU cases. Ethic principals in this country should be defended strongly.
