UNAP - it needs to go!

I am a Kent Nurse and I am anti-UNAP. Where else in America would people legally be forced to join something? Where else could you be fired for simply speaking out against abusive practices but in a non-RTW state? I am a liberal but I have never ben pro-union. If I feel a union is not doing the right thing, it should not only be my right but my DUTY to speak up. There are whistle-blower laws that protect employees who speak out against their companies and we should have the same protection in every state against unions such as UNAP. They have not done one thing to show me that I am wrong in my anti-union stance but they've done many things that reinforce my beliefs.
